Team building falls under leadership in a great amount of different ways. One way is, without team building are to do ice breakers before a meeting to get everyone into the groove of what is happening. During leadership, we spent a few weeks on ice breakers and how to get everyone involved.
Homecoming Week
1. Advisory Games
2. Dress up days (builds up school spirit)
3. Dances (student council, M club or Junior class has to work as a team to get it done)
