2. How can I make my goal as specific as possible?
3. What resources and skills do I currently have that will help me reach my goal?
4. What mini goals do I need to set in order to achieve my goal?
5. By what date do I want to accomplish each mini goal?
By what date do I want to have my major goal achieved?
Mini goal= steps that need to be taken in order to accomplish the big picture.
